We are an international company active in the engineering, sale and realization of complex powder handling and powder/liquid mixing plants for the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, food and chemical industries, with a specialization in the field of high containment.

We build large-scale systems, customer-specific plants and offer innovative solutions in our field.

Each installation is unique, and requires many hours of engineering, from sales to completion. It's a complex process, a technically oriented customer relationship with all the commercial issues at stake in partnership with the RSM (Regional Sales Manager).


• You will work in a group of 4-5 people and be a one of the group specialist.

• As a FAS (Field Application Specialist) you will support RSMs (Regional Sales Managers) in the field on all technical issues. You will help develop tailor-made solutions using the large pallet of products we have in our portfolio.

• You have a solid understanding of the processes and applications of the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry, enabling you to implement a concept dedicated to customer problems.

• Working closely with other group members and technical teams, you will develop concepts and technical solutions to meet customer specifications. You are the technical contact for the customer during this project acquisition phase.

• You pass to the inside sales team all necessary information to establish the quote. As a technical specialist, you will take part in the execution of the quote.

• You will need to acquire in-depth knowledge of ILC Dover's product and service portfolio in order to propose the right solutions.

• You will ensure the transition / handover of projects in which you have been involved between sales and technical implementation, and provide project execution support in the design phase.

• You take part in major exhibitions and support sales team (RSM).

• The success of a sale is the work of an entire team, of which you were a key member in establishing a relationship of trust with the customer.


• Bachelor's degree in mechanics, automation, chemistry, pharmaceutical/biotechnology engineering or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical sales.

• You are technically minded and have good communication skills.

• Ability to travel.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to speak and write German and English is required. (B2-C1)

• Enjoy teamwork and liaising between different contacts.

• Good organizational skills, ability to analyze and summarize, rigorous.
